Delivery time depends on the postal services and availability. If your order is in the stock we send it out next workday. You receive a tracking code in your email. (Please check your spambox as well!) 

It’s not uncommon for packages to spend a bit more time at customs than expected. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We understand the anticipation of receiving your package, and we share in your excitement!

While we can’t provide an exact timeframe for the customs clearance, please be assured that our team is actively monitoring the situation. We are doing everything we can to ensure your package reaches you as swiftly as possible.
